MS Dynamics Application Specialist

Salary for this role is commensurate with experience

As a valued member of the IT Business Systems team, the MS Dynamics D365 Application Specialist is responsible for troubleshooting the application, documentation, issue resolution and continuous improvement.

Wesentliche Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten:

• MS Dynamics Application Specialist is responsible for working both individually and as a team member with minimal supervision
• Support the D365 Applications through the help desk ticketing system in a timely and professional manner
• Regulate workflow and priorities with users to meet deadlines on both routine and project work
• Work with escalation team to resolve difficult issues or implement application enhancements
• Perform regression testing with proper documentation
• Implement standard procedures and user guides to maintain uniformity
• Make recommendations for improvements based on helpdesk ticket trends
• Track to KPI’s set by management
• Attend classes and seminars necessary to keep abreast of industry trends and cloud application updates
• Maintain and support relationships with Vendors

 

Additional Responsibilities:

• Hardware support as it relates to Business systems integrations, such as label printers
• Report writing and maintenance where needed

 

Anforderungen an die Position:

• Associates Degree or higher plus experience required
• 2-3 years’ experience in D365 Finance and Operations
• > 3 years in IT field, helpdesk preferred
• ITILv4 certification – preferred
• 1-2 years’ experience in Microsoft Azure, DevOps and LCS
• Ability to analyze problems and select proper corrective action
• Good written and oral communications
• Ability to organize tasks and work independently
• Good interpersonal skills
• Some experience with PowerBI

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
