Saw Operator

JOB SUMMARY:

To operate aluminum extrusion cutting saws and ensure quality of product.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Set up and operate two Rohbi or chop saws with minimal supervision.
2. Set up and operate Soco saws.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.  Performs other tasks as assigned including some secondary operations.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

1. Moderate degree of mechanical aptitude.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience or training may substitute for formal education.
